I chose this hotel for attending a synod because it is conveniently located in the business district. The facilities at the hotel were well-maintained and the staff provided excellent service. The breakfast was delicious and the rooms were comfortable and clean. I had a great experience during my stay.
The one service that I missed for my work was a dedicated business center or meeting room. It would have been helpful to have a space where I could work or have meetings, especially since I was attending a synod.

I chose Patcham Place specifically because of its location near the Richard Rennie Art Gallery and Art and Wine Gallery. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the featured amenities, especially the tasty and plentiful breakfast cooked to order by the host.
Minor improvement suggestions: 1) More cupboard shelf space for longer stays. Consider a new firmer mattress for heavier bodies.

I chose Patcham Place solely because it was conveniently located near the Art and Wine Gallery on Main, a place I really wanted to visit. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the featured amenities, especially the dry cleaning/laundry services and the library. The Tasty and plentiful breakfast cooked to order by the host was a delightful highlight of my stay.
Unpredictable weather affected our stay, as it rained mostly and resulted in very icy cold weather. However, the cozy interior of Patcham Place helped us stay warm and unwind from a busy year.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
